“All staffs are service-minded. Though they are not really good in English spoken but still very helpful. My room was upgraded to be lake-view type with no charges. The view is truly attractive. The traditional Japanese room sizes real big, we were two adults group but thoght of four adults can be convenient stay. And one of the most nicest thing over there is a public bath/onsen in the hotel. It is big, clean, and quiet. Hotel location is competitive. It is about 7-10 minutes walking distance from Kami-suwa Station, and 2-3 minutes from convenient store. By the way we also rent a bike cycling around Suwa Lake and to Tateishi Park on hill, it was awesome. Price for bike rental is 1500¥ per day.”

“The breakfast buffet was amazing - their salad bar was stocked with fresh local vegetables, and you had the option of a western style breakfast or Japanese (or both!) I especially enjoyed the tamagokake gohan. We were also able to see the fireworks over Lake Suwa from our room!”
“前台老爷爷特别热心，给我详细的讲述周围环境，还主动帮我打电话问拉面店有没有饺子，又帮我找地图，又嘱咐我一个人一定要注意安全。大浴场很舒适，虽然是城市里的温泉酒店，也有非常像样的露天温泉，很好，离诹访湖超级近，离上诹访车站也很近。女性入住还会提供一套花色的浴衣”

“房间很大，虽然不是湖景间，不过也能看到湖。不管是从火车站到酒店，还是酒店到湖边都方便。离船码头和花火会场都很近。旅馆有温泉设施，小卖店，及去旁边温泉馆的折扣券。”
“歴史ある建物だった。隣のお風呂はテルマエロマエに使われたもので、文化財になっていた。変わったものでした。外国の要人を招いていた片倉が建てた。次の日富岡製糸場で最後の管理を片岡がしていたとのことで、繋がりを感じることができた。”
“离湖非常近，走路就能到，看花火方便，走路十分钟左右就可以到上诹访车站。 早餐很丰富，选择多多，味道可口。 员工非常非常有礼貌，各种周到，我并不是第一次来日本，但是还是觉得这家酒店的服务让我很满意。”
“予約時にはエレベーターの無い別館とゆう記載がなく両親が高齢な為エレベーターのある部屋にしたいと申し出たところ、快く変更してくれました。”
