“Lovely old Coaching Inn with lots of history, sloping floors and wooden beams. Can't really fault this Hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food was very very good. Fabulous altogether, and good value for money. The breakfast was lovely and the room to eat it in was really delightful. This doubles up for the formal restaurant at night, and we ate there twice. The food was very good and plenty of it. There is also a bar menu as well as the formal menu, both are really good with plenty of choice. The bar was comfortable, warm and friendly. Will definitely be going back. Our room, although old, was spotlessly clean. It was quite small, and a little bit noisy, but we were only there for three nights, so it didn't matter to us.”
“Staircase was fun & very steep definately not for the infirm!”
