“We booked grand deluxe room and we got a very huge room with a city & mountain view. We love the beds, the pillow, etc & everything in the room were very new and clean. This was our anniversary trip, the staff surprised us with the cake and gave us a complimentary ticket to Prambanan Jazz concert. This was the highlight of our stay here, despite we were very unhappy in the beginning because after 4 hours checked in, the reception said we haven't checked in and cannot charge our spa fees to the room and our key was not working, etc. However, we would like to thank the one staff that really cheer us up, I forgot her name but she managed the business lounge, always with a big smile.. :)”

“A truly wonderful hotel with some of the best staff i have met on my travels. Incredibly helpful and attentive while constantly striving to do their very best to make the comfort of your stay their main concern. Nevian was excellent with the afternoon tea, getting anything requested quickly and made sure i went away full! Dede on the front desk helped to sort out my early morning transfer to the airport and even managed to ask the driver to hold off for a few minutes so as for me to have breakfast in the restaurant (Those early morning flights are a killer!) He was also the one who helped sort out an upgrade to my room and gave all details for this clearly. Waran, my driver was incredibly friendly and chatty. He managed to to drop me off straight to the terminal and give me directions on where to go when inside and recommendations for coffee. Overall an excellent experience. I will be back!”
