- Please note that the use of the fitness centre and/or associated facilities may be chargeable. Usage of gym and pool facilities are complimentary for guests staying in the Swiss Advantage Room, Swiss Select Room and Executive Room or Suite. Guests staying in the Executive Room or Suite also have complimentary access to the hot tub, sauna and public baths.<br><br>Children below 6 years old are not permitted to use the fitness facilities.<br>Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool & spa.<br>Usage fee will apply to both the child and the adult.<br><br>Open daily from 06:30-22:00.<br>(Opening hours of pool & spa for children under 16 years: 09:00-11:00 and 15:00 to 17:00)<br><br>Guests under the influence of alcohol may not be permitted to use the property’s pools or other facilities.<br><br>From Nankai Railway’s Namba Station, guests can take the direct escalators from the 3rd floor ticketing gate.<br>From Namba Station (Subway/JR/Hanshin/Kintetsu Line), the closest exit is Exit 4 and 5.<br><br>Guests can request a luggage assistance or a porter service from Nankai Namba Station's Platform No.9, using a direct free phone available there (look for a red/white booth).<br><br>The handy Smartphone can be used inside and outside the hotel. It features unlimited internet access, free local calls, international calls to Australia, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and United States and a comprehensive Osaka City Guide.<br><br>Please note, the property's spa Purovel Spa & Sports will be closed from 7 May 2018 until 13 May 2018 due to annual maintenance.<p>Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.</p><p>An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. For guests staying in Osaka, this tax will only apply to stays which begin on and after 1 January 2017.</p>

“Swisshotel Nankai is in the center of Dotonbori shopping area one of the main centers in Osaka. Hotel is in the end of Nankai private rail line from the Kansai airport and super easy to reach by rail. There are endless shopping and dining options in easy reach from the hotel. Hotel has super good spotless pool and Japanese sauna but there are age restrictions – so if you have small children you have to let them stay behind. We stayed in executive level and the views from the rooms to the city are breath taking.”
