“The service at Sydney Boutique Hotel was above the best service I have ever had at any hotel I have stayed at. The service and friendliness from check in and check out was exceptional and amazingly helpful. I was made to feel comfortable and at home. I was even lent a phone charger which I had forgot at my last stop! I was upgraded to the most lovely balcony suite. I was relaxed and at home. “Front desk staff was very welcoming despite there being a queue for check in and check out when I arrived. Room is compact but does the trick for a quick stay. There is a cute little walk in wardrobe kinda room where you can hang up clothes, store your luggage and also do a quick change of clothes without having to go into the bathroom. Bathroom is relatively spacious. Linens are clean and smell fresh. Location of hotel is great with many cafes, bars, a supermarket and the metro station nearby.”
