“I was greeted at the front door by a staff member who knew my name! How can you get better than that? The space is beautiful, the room was gorgeous and comfortable (as were the pajamas and robe they provide). It's a good spot for English-speakers. I love their commitment to social causes. I appreciated the guide to places to go nearby - which I used. Sitting on my balcony was a great way to end the day. I'd love to see a Trunk (Hotel) in the U.S.”

“Stylish and really well designed. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the location is perfect. Great restaurants and delicious cocktails at the bar. The room was basic, but well appointed and comfortable. I was traveling on a business trip so I always had a comfortable room and a great area to work in downstairs. I didn't need a lot of luxury and was travelling alone which made the room adequate.”
