“We were located at VIP floor at the 15th . The room is big and the view of the street is so visible . We love the room because it feels so professional and also Homy. To add it more , we were able to check in earlier prior to the actual time of checking in without asking them . The assistance of the front desk in answering our queries are spectacular. And also the bell boy opening a conversation even if he cannot really converse in English but trying to communicate .Its. A good way .”

“For some reason, they gave me a huge suite with 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs and complimentary fruit. I really didn't have much use for all that space but it was appreciated. The hotel is old but comfortable all except for the rock hard bed. Also, the cleaning staff was very hospitable and professional.”
