“The bed was very comfortable. The room itself has a perfect presentation. A small set of stairs into the room, and then a perfectly sloped ceiling with an amazing view. The curtains allowed privacy with a view, dimming the lights for midday, but allowing light, and an option to black-out the room completely. The bathroom is great, and they keep a running air-vent in every room I have visited that exchanges air quickly and is a great option if you are travelling with others and want to avoid "smells". The staff needed some paperwork related to registration in Russia, and I was a bit confused by questions, so they took the time to fully explain changes in the process and their liabilities and why they needed it. I appreciated it as it made more clear to me what was needed, and why, while also allowing me to ensure I followed the process correctly in the future. The breakfast was a good portion, flavorful, and with a nice coffee.”
