“The setting & the inn itself was charming. The rambling nature of the place and the gardens were lovely. Staff was attentive. The night we ordered dinner to have onsite was special. The meal was presented well, the cook was insuring each course was well received and the food was special. The bathroom was nice and everything worked as expected. The roses in the room were a nice touch. Location has easy automobile access to Essouire.”
“The breakfast was delightfull, really good. The swimming pool and all the area around are very nice.”
“Friendly and helpful staff, quite area and nice swimming pool.”
“Felt comfortable in every area, really nice reading room!”
“Very nice vintage hotel. Simple but comfortable. Enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. Friendly staff, but luck of attention to details (old towels, breakfast needs to be updated and big no to instant coffee). Quiet neighbour and great place if you had seen many medinas and just want to relax away from the city.”
“Calm of the location and fact that it is close to the city of Essaouira (5 minutes)”
“The right balance: calm, beautifull sight, good for a trip with the childrens, simple and raffined, unique in Essaouira, 30' from sidi Kaouki and 5' from the médina. Good service.”
“Bad room and very dirty, very slow service at breakfast, bad food at breakfast. I have stayed at many hotels and riads in Essaouira none as terrible as this! And expensive!”
“The property is far from the city center, but can give you the perfect comfort of calm and quietness. Close to the Golf Course, and you can go for a long walk to the beach. We enjoyed it as one of our stops during the honeymoon trip. The swimming pool and room facilities are nice, and staff are very friendly.”
“Talk about HEAVEN! My friend and I absolutely LOVE this place. The photos do not so it justice. It's perfection. It's so peaceful. The food is great. The staff is lovely. The hammam is good though I'm not an aficionado. The pool and pool house are just gorgeous. As soon as I can arrange it I'll return. The hotel is a bit of a drive to the old city so expect to pay 30-40 DHM in a taxi. We went out dancing in Essouira and got back after 2am. No problem! The night manager was there to open the gates and see us in. It's a bit far from the beach as well so you need to call a taxi for that as well but this allows for sunning by the pool without the wind blowing too hard. It's very windy at the beaches. Excellent kite surfing if that's your thing!”
