“Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff - the best we have experienced in Taiwan. They would go out of their way to help us book trips/tours, find out which hiking trails are open and any other requests we had. The rooms were extremely modern with great beds, an amazing rain shower that was very much welcomed after all the hiking and a good working air-conditioning. A nice garden outside too if you prefer to play some cards or eat breakfast overlooking the mountains.”
