“The Taverna Bleu is located in a quiet village on the west side of Lake Como. The staff could not be more helpful, with suggestions for local tours, hikes, restaurants. The lake tour boat stops right behind the hotel (convenient!) and they have a secure parking lot on site. We stayed at the end of the fall season, and the restaurant stopped serving dinner our last night there. Full breakfast buffet is a value at 9 euros each. Rates do go up quite a bit higher during spring and summer, but it’s a lovely place and away from the touristy cities on the lake. Very romantic with lovely outdoor dining. We will return!”
