“A very pleasant and comfortable room opening onto rainforest. Dinner was a five-course menu, and delicious. The hotel is ideally located on the edge of Franz Josef.”

“Beautiful accommodation. Very nice welcome and reception, although maybe a little over the top? Nice clean room, modern, although I was expecting a view, the view was just of a garden. Dinner was average - I think the chef is trying too hard to be fancy, but it didn't really work, I think they'd be better off offering 3 good courses using simpler offerings which would work better. The breakfast was terrible, worst I've experienced in a long time. Staff very nice and friendly. Good location. On it's own the accommodation is 4/5, ignoring the food.”
