“I traveled alone for business after studying Chinese for only 10 weeks. The staff were a big help to me in getting around Hangzhou, they were always friendly. They were willing to go the extra step to help me - whether or not they spoke English (and there was an English speaker at the desk most days). While I liked the facilities, and loved the use of wood, the tea service in room, and the nice use of space, it is not a "Sheraton" type experience, but is more tranquil and a little more homey.”
