“Location and comfort of room”

“The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The Operations Manager offered us a suite for our second night after there were problems with the king room we had for the first night, and he's promised us a complimentary stay next year (once the heating system's been fixed). The hotel felt relaxed. There's a free in-room safe, free Wifi in all rooms, and robes and slippers as well in the suites. We arrived at the hotel at 10am and were able to check-in (meant to be from 2pm) and check-out was 12pm. Beds were super comfy!”

“The suite we stayed in was huge, very clean and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. I really could not find fault. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful with their local knowledge. I really couldn't rate this hotel any better. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return.”
