Anyone found to have been smoking in the building will be liable for a cleaning fee of GBP 150 per room to cover the cost of deep cleaning. In addition any soiling or damage to the rooms will be charged accordingly.

“As a single lady early 60's I was very happy to be a guest at the Auckland at this time of year (late November). The friendly team and guests celebrating Turkey N Tinsel were perfect with great entertainment for my 2 night stay.”

“Breakfast ...buffet starters was basic but enough and main course English breakfast etc brought to the table all very good. Our beds very comfy. Entertainment in the evenings. Long stay parking, next to RNLI shop, is just across the road free from 6pm to 10am. Happy Mount Park is worth a visit and If you are into musical instruments Promenade Music shop also worth a visit.”
