“We stayed for 3 nights and the experience was really amazing. The staff was really helpful and hospitable and the owners took good care of us considering we were stuck one evening with no electricity due to heavy rains and strong winds due to which electricity of in the entire area had been impacted. Requests like providing breakfast at 5am were also considered when we wanted to go Whale watching early in the morning. They did offer discount for the challenges faced the night before of having no electricity however we did refuse it but all the gestures meant that they really cared and wanted to provide good service to the customers. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience Galle since it is right inside the fort and in front of the sea with an amazing view. If we plan to come back to Galle we would like to stay here again. I am posting few pictures of views from inside our room and of Bartizan.”
