“I asked if we could be on the first floor as my wife doesn't like ground floor rooms - in response the Bath Priory upgraded us to their best room for the duration of our stay, which was for 5 nights during our honeymoon. Service throughout was exceptional, with no request seemingly too much trouble, for example organising flowers and champagne upon our arrival. The hotel even displayed a fantastic sense of humour, placing my wife's teddy bear on window sills while we were out so he could "see" out of the window. Food amazing, facilities immaculate, setting beautiful. Particularly recommend the restaurant in the evening.”

“Even though the food was expensive from the pantry, it was absolutely incredible quality. The staff were accommodating and very attentive. The pool in the spa isn’t very big but is a beautiful space, looking over the gardens too. It was spotlessly clean and tidy and the room sizes are big too. We were in a room facing the front, which meant the busy road, but this was very quiet in the night time and we didn’t hear any traffic through the night.”

“The Hotel is divided into the original building and the new, we stayed in the old part and it was a good sized comfortable room, well decorated. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly - particularly Achilles in the bar. Spa very relaxing. Gardens stunning. Food and drink all excellent. Couldn't fault it and will return. The walk into town through Victoria Park passing the Royal Crescent was a bonus.”
