“Our room was very comfortable, great sea view and the Manager and team were all very friendly. Enjoyed our stay and we would return.”
“We booked this hotel for my Partners birthday. It was a Monday night in November so knew it would be extremely quiet in the village which was just what we needed! We received a warm welcome and were shown to our room straight away having received a free upgrade to a stunning room with a sea view. Very clean, warm, nicely decorated, big fluffy towels on the bed with tea, coffee and bottled water waiting for us. Breakfast was amazing. Cereal, fresh croissants and a separate menu for you to order a hot breakfast as well! Will definitely book again when we return to Lynmouth.”

“The hotel was only a short walk from the town centre, situated over looking the sea in the distance (with waves breaking on the incoming tide). An excellent breakfast with the dining room looking out over part of Lynmouth in the not too far distant. The bedroom was very comfortable with all the usual facilities for ensuite, along with a welcome "cake " tray on the first floor landing for all guests to avail themselves. Due to Lynmouth's geographical layout enclosed in a bay below the cliffs, mobile wifi could not be accessed from the hotel (free wifi provided). Mobile phone signals could only be accessed towards bottom of the path leading up to the hotel ( a change not to be pestered by texts or mobile phone ringing in the hotel!) . The lounge was very comfortable over looking part of Lynmouth sea front with a well stocked bar and plenty of books to read.”
“great position with lovely views. We arrived late in the afternoon and there was a small hiccup as our room hadn't been quite completed we were given complementary drinks and a bottle of prosecco which was not necessary but a very nice gesture from the owners. We were made to feel very welcome during our stay. The lounge had interesting books and games for guests plus a small bar you could get a drink from.”
