“Nice welcome great friendly staff clean rooms complimentary tea coffee in the room the hotel was lovely and warm I had a big room with a large flat screen tv and a nice big comfortable bed and black out curtains my stay was lovely on the wet cold windy night I stayed over breakfast was great including cereal fruit juice coffee/tea toast and a full English well done to staff of this hotel ”
“Excellent welcome on arrival and help with luggage to room . Very pleasant room and view. Staff helpful and smiley. Not stay for breakfast so cannot comment. Would be happy to stay again especially when concert at Venue again location is perfect.”

“Bedroom and bathroom were cold when I arrived about 5pm and no heat came on before I went out for the evening at about 6.40 pm. There was a little warmth in the radiator and towel rail when I returned about 11pm and I ran a bath, but the water was tepid. The rooms were cold again by midnight. When I woke in the morning the radiator and towel rail were again stone cold and water was again tepid. When I mentioned this to the gentleman on reception, he argued with me that I was wrong, which astounded me. Would not stay here again.”
