“Terrible service, fully equipped kitchens are not equipped at all, appliances were broken, took hours to get a pan and 48 hrs and 3 calls to get a bottle opener. i ordered a crib in advance which was delivered 3 hrs after a late checkin, with no sheets until the next day. One day, the room was only half cleaned with no laundry, bed half made with pillows on the floor and dishes still in the sink. With all options for a luxury stay i will never stay there again!”
