“The hotel was ideal for our stay with family. It was near a few restaurants and supermarkets. The room we stayed in had a living area with a settee, sink and fridge, then another room with a bed and cupboards. In between the two rooms there was an absolutely brilliant wardrobe with mirror- the storage was the best we've ever had at a hotel! Our room had a balcony, but we only used it for drying clothes as it there was a lot of noise from the road below. The pool on the rooftop was lovely, ideal for little ones as it wasn't too deep. The views were excellent, we could see all over Sao Paulo from there. Breakfast was in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. There was a good selection of food and drinks. My request for a kettle and cups was granted when I managed to get across what I wanted - had to use google translate as the reception staff didn't speak very good English. The porter was very helpful indeed.”
