Important Notice
- Please note:<br><br>Pool Closure:<br>The pool and spa will be closed 1 December - 11 January 2018 for annual maintenance. It will be back in service on 12 January 2018. During this time, lounge chairs, umbrella tables and chairs will be moved up to the tennis court area for your use. For those guests wanting to swim, arrangements have been made to use the pool at the Marriott Grand Chateau.<br><br>Room Renovation:<br>Please be advised room renovations will occur 1 December 2017 - 27 April 2018. Contractors will be renovating 8 of the resort’s 155 rooms, which will be located on various floors throughout the building. Noise will be heard throughout the building. Work will be begin at 09:00 daily, Monday through Friday, with some weekend work possible.<br><br>- Debit cards are accepted but a deposit is required in addition to the full prepayment of room & tax upon check-in. The deposit is refunded upon checkout but can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect on the account associated with the debit card. Please contact the hotel for deposit amount.<br><br>- For guests staying during holidays, special events and conventions may be subject to additional restrictions regarding payment, cancellation and refund of the reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to verify the policy.<br><br>- Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note: this hotel only accepts debit or credit cards as payment.<br><br>- For stays during New Years: Full prepayment due at the time of booking. Credit card used to pay for room is to be presented at check in to cover incidentals and will be billed for a security deposit. No cash will be accepted. Debit cards will be billed for security deposit upon check in. The debit card will be billed at the time of booking for the full room & tax. Reservation must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival to receive full refund. Cancellation received less than 14 days prior will not be refunded. Please contact the hotel for deposit details.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p>

“What a super find in hyped up Vegas. Non gaming, quiet, kitchen facilities. A block from the strip, right across from a super mall/hotel, great food nearby. Rooms are comfy and have blackout curtains, so even with jet lag, I could sleep. I’m telling all my friends that this is the only place to stay in Vegas.”

Across the street is Planet Hollywood and a huge mall. Comfortable beds and quiet. Helpful concierge -- she will reach out to you prior to arrival to see if you want show tickets or other support.”
