“The room is very large, clean and comfortable. It was great to have our own kitchen to prepare breakfast. I loved the bathroom, with a big shower and all amenities you need. The staff was great, the manager even took us around to see Batam on his free day. Great service. Good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when coming to Batam.”

“The centro hotel near 5 minutes just to walk from kepri mall,free suttle airport, quite, big space bed and bath room complete with kitchen set in the room,free sauna,gym and swimming pool, its amazing for budget travelers..friendly and helpfull, the hotel manager Mr. Asmungi,very welcome, big surprise with towel art and roomantic room setup for me..I'll come back again if any business in batam..thanks centro”

“Nice enough place, but kind of like staying in a business park. However, there is a mall nearby, and lots of local places to eat. It's not a place you'd want to stay long term unless you were working, or had other business in Batam, but for a couple of nights it's ok.”

“WIFI is very bad connection and there is no lift lucky that day we did not bring our parent if not they unable to climb the stairs It is on the 3rd level,when I ask the receptionist no lift ,the reply i get form her is that is the reason the hotel have porter to carry guest bags. If we have old people mean they will hev to carry them also.”
