“Upon arrival the staff was phenomenal. The hotel was even more beautiful in person; it has a vintage feel mixed with modern comforts. We had the double room which was huge by NYC standards and it came with an full tub, great shower heads and a tv in the bathroom. The TV was camouflaged in the mirrored wall. Upon my arrival I took a wonderful bath and utilized the jets in the tub...my bubbles lasted forever. But the best part of this hotel is their choice in staff.”
