“I loved the fact that the hotel sent a car and driver to the airport for me and the driver right at the exit gate. I was traveling without my husband and this made me feel perfectly safe. I also loved the "Handy Phone" which allowed me to call back to the US to speak to my husband who was unable to travel.”

“The Access to and from the airport close to AutoRoute, the shuttle was an added bonus since we were really far from the major attractions and city center. Of course 4 euros per person per trip. So felt obligated to eat at the only restaurant in the hotel. We were not given the choice of eating on the terrace or inside... they told us. The service was ok, we were Lucky, the food was really good. On our last night the couple besides us had their first course 45 min later and second course an hour and a half later. they were given a 10% reduction on their bill. They argued that they did not want to pay their bill and that spoiled the rest of our evening.”
