“The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Had a meal in the Racks Restaurant as part of a Christmas works do and the food was really excellent and fantastic value for money, 3 courses for £20. An error was made with one of the choices of starters, but was quickly rectified and bottles of prossecco produced as an apology. Waiters were excellent.”
