“Very helpful staff on check-in. Room seemed all new and the welcome tray was good with lovely biscuits too. Soundproofing was really good. I had agreed in advance that I could take my touring bicycle up to the room so long as it was in a CTC poly bag, there were a number of corners but I got it round OK with the help of a very helpful member of staff who held all the doors, thank you to her.”
“The room I stayed in was comfy, clean and welcoming. The staff were lovely! Very friendly and went that extra mile to help you out. I original booked 1 night but I ended up staying for the rest of the week! It is in a great location for accessing different and I loved that I didn't need to travel far to get some grub. The food and drink is at very reasonable prices, great value for money!”
