“Staff were great, very good English speaking and a very friendly welcome, they saved us at late notice after another hotel gave us a smoking room after we had specifically booked a non smoking room and we had to cancel our booking at the other hotel as my wife has asthma. I liked the room had an actual key and you could leave it at the front desk when you went out. The bed was huge (for Japan) and very comfy. Also the voucher to the bar was a nice touch (which we didn't get to use unfortunately). Close to good restaurants and bars, and close to the station and shopping. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we would definitely stay there again.”
