“The hotel was totally poor. The staff very absolutely not good. I will consider booking.com the level of service I got from the hotel was so poor I was willing to pay and go to another hotel. My room was not cleaned. The carpet in my room was wet and had strong damp smell because the shower room drainage was blocked. The staff did nothing to help, when someone did come. In front of my girlfriend the staff memebwr raised his voice because he felt I was asking too much and all I asked for is what I paid for a fully functioning room. Not only was the service appalling the staff memeber made a comment that o ask for too many things and the only request I made was to have an extra pillow for myself. I will never go to this hotel again it is soppouse to be 4stars i will not even consider giving them 1 stars. I will only consider using booking.com If they help get me my refund.”
