“Our room had been refurbished recently and was really good, especially the bathroom which had a double length shower cubicle and was larger than average. The only downer was that the room was very warm and we had to keep the windows open all night. Even that was not conducive to good sleeping”
“The set up of the rooms was fab; individual cottages of rooms in the grounds away from the restaurant where a lot of people would have been going in and out. Our medium double room was very smart and aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom was to die for, the bed was huge and very comfortable. We didn’t hear a peep from other guests all night so I’m assuming quite soundproof. Lots of fridge space for our own champers! The wifi worked perfectly and there were lots of plugs. Very easy to find location using a local Reading taxi service that took us right to the reception doorway.”
