The breakfast choice was also excellent with the chef's 'own take' on traditional choices using locally sourced ingredients which are renowned for their high quality in this part of Wales. We really appreciated the guidance of the sommelier and were glad we went with his recommendations. I must congratulate the baker Megan?- her sourdough bread was the best I have ever tasted and we had been to a Michelin starred restaurant a few weeks earlier, she even shared her recipe with us the following morning. We can't wait to return!”
