“We had a pool access room and it was the best choice. The beds are very comfy, wifi works great and the staff is super friendly. The beach is right infront of the hotel and it's not crowded at all. The breakfast buffet is amazing and offers so many choices that also change every day. My friend had her birthday there and on that day someone from the staff brought a cake and sang happy birthday. We stayed for a week and loved it! Traveled to another area in Phuket afterwards and wanted to go back to the Haven because it really is the perfect place to stay at when you are looking for a a vacation to relax and no super touristy spots. The shuttle takes you to the city center we're you can find all sorts of shops. The best part was the market with a lot of typical Thai foods and goods. We also went to a Muay Thai fight night at the stadium which was a great event. If I ever come Back to khao lak, I want to stay at the Haven again”

“Very good swimming pools. They are saltwater but not as salty as the ocean. Rooms are big, clean, comfortable bed, good wifi, good selection of TVs channels but no Australia plus for AFL or NRL. Good parking, very good coffee at pool bar, good breakfast selection at buffet.”

“Awesome pool. The beach is literally right opposite the hotel too. Walking distance to cheap massages and great (highly recommended) local restaurants. Free bike hire. Fantastic buffet breakfast with heaps of variety. Huge kingsize bed and turndown service on the first night. Great cocktails at pool bar...happy hour half price from 4 to 5pm.”
