Location was hard to beat, as Kirkland is a unique and wonderful little area of Seattle, within easy walking distance of Lake Washington. The restaurant is pretty great as well, and we enjoyed the outdoor "lobby" and restaurant seating. I especially loved the small balcony off of my room.”

“When I arrived they gave me a room that viewed the rear of the building. It was not a pleasant view so I requested to be moved to another room with a view. They accommodated me with no problem. I had a nice view of the main street and was satisfied. However, the thermostat wasn't working and I requested they correct the problem and they came immediately but was not able to fix the problem, so they immediately moved me to another room down the hall and I was quite satisfied with my accommodations. I do think they should have a offered something for the inconvenience, but I didn't ask because they immediately corrected the issue.”
