Important Notice
- Please note that there is a smart-casual dress code in the hotel restaurant.<br><br>The pool is sometimes used for swimming lessons (check for times). Guests can still use the pool at these times. Children are welcome to use the swimming pool until 19:30. The swimming pool is adult only Monday - Friday between 19:30 and 21:00.<br><br>Please note that children aged 5 and over will be charged for breakfast and dinner as taken.<br><br>Guests will be required to present the payment card used to make the reservation upon check in. Failure to present the original card will result in the deposit payment being refunded back to the original card and a new charge being taken from the card presented at the hotel.<br><br>Pets are only allowed permitted in certain rooms, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. You must contact the property if you wish to bring a pet.<br><br>Kindly note that pets are not permitted in areas where food is served.

“We felt a great connection with the hotel, having worked there nearly 30 yrs ago. Back then it was a 5 star THF hotel, so although some of the traditional touched (which would make the stay a lot more expensive) are now gone, the feel and style of the place remains the same.”

“Pleasant and enjoyable stay. Spa treatment and staff were great. Indoor pool quite small but good to be able to have a swim. Out door pool closed for the season. We enjoyed walking and seeing the views from the hotel gardens. Comfortable and roomy accommodation. Really liked the continental and cooked breakfasts. Easy walk into town as down hill, slightly more effort required on walking back up to The Imperial. Couldn't always get through to reception from our room phone. Cocktails in the Lounge bar were delicious.”
