Room cold when returned from chilly hike no answer from reception when tried to request it be turned on .. heating eventually clicked in but late afternoon . Big big complaint is lack of draught beer 🍺 husband would not return unless this was rectified .. enjoyed the home made damson gin . Loved our last minute break in Borrowdale and Laithes has much to commend but not quite ticking all the boxes .”
