“I was told this was a five star hotel however the level of service did not match that. I expected the small details to be taken care of however many things were forgotten or just never addressed. We had to call down to the front desk several times to request things that housekeeping forgot like toilet paper, towels and coffee. When we asked the concierge for help with some activities not only did very little to help but she acted as if we were bothering her. We've gotten better service and better sleep at other hotels that don't hold themselves out to be a five star. The good things were the breakfast was incredible. The location was great and while the spa area had an odd layout the massage was great.”

Excellent choice of many food station such rawsalmon, Spanish classic crude ham and sausages ( fried chorizo), Chinesedumplings and if you want you can have a glass of Cava ( Champagne).Breakfast venue is on 24th floor just for the level guest, so view isamazing- you can see Barcelona beneath you. WiFi is free! Nice and cosyswimming pool.”

“Ummm.... almost nothing... we received chocolates every day that was okay but they knocked on our door several times a day to deliver said chocolate so it became pretty annoying. The double shower head was cool too.”
