“Huge room / suite in comparison with so many small NY hotel rooms. We had stayed 1 previous night at the Americana up the road as our trip dates shifted slightly - and The London was 100% better in terms of service and the suite was about 3 times the size. Plenty of room in the outer area for shopping bags! And they brought up a kettle and mugs so we could make tea. Front desk service also extremely helpful and charming. Overall, very good.”
