Staff very friendly and attentive. Excellent facilities and nice design of the hotel. Hotel offering shuttles which made transport much easier. Excellent breakfast buffet.”

“Loved the fact that I was put in the Heritage building by the front desk since that was the point I wanted to stay there. Loved the ambiance and also the surroundings. Beautiful hotel, it reminded me so much of my time in the UK. I'd definitely stay there again. The room was amazing, the bed was oh so comfortable and the pillows are also so lush! Heaven! The bell boys were also very helpful especially when we were waiting for the Uber to come pick us up, the bell boy helped me chase my son who just learned how to walk, LOL! But overall, best experience!”

“Excellent hotel, very beautiful in the heritage building. We stayed in the Colonial Suite which was beautifully decorated and spacious. We felt very welcome. Staying with the perks of the executive lounge was easilly worth it. Such good service and complimentary foods, drinks and dry cleaning, making our stay hassle free. Our butler team was so nice: When they learned we were staying because of our anniversary, they arranged rose petals and a sweet note in our room. Breakfast buffet was very good and with numerous varieties. All in all, a very satisfying stay.”
