Location is GREAT, breakfast menu was simple and good but yet staff was accommodating to our special vegetarian needs, housekeeping was able to adjust their schedule to clean our room while we were at the Spa. The lobby smells wonderful on first experience and familiar and welcoming with its distinctive fragrance thereafter. We didn't use the bar or restaurant but loved the neighbourhood (and further afield in Manhattan) for bars and restaurants. We loved the view of the Empire State Building from our 41st floor room.”
