After unpacking, a staff member came to the room with a plate of delicious treats with a card saying, Happy Anniversary! The location was perfect to walk to town, although they offer a free shuttle. We enjoyed a great breakfast buffet and drinks in the pub.”

“First of all, we paid $650.00 for a small two bedroom room that had a broken glass in the sink. I didn't report it because I didn't really have time. We had back to back meetings the whole time. Also, I noticed a travel booklet there that had prices of most hotels in the area and this hotel booked for $199.00-$299.00! We were ripped off and I will be making calls. When we checked in, the person looking over the reps shoulder basically said NO breakfest isn't included because you booked with a third party!!!! Think I knew that????? Poor customer service. I didn't like one thing.”
