“The room is spacious and comfortable. There’s a menu where you can choose from 5 types of different pillow and even humifier, essential aroma, earplugs and eye mask. Breakfast is not the usual buffet style but order from a list of paper. Mainly Chinese food.”

“Value for money. Nice modern interior decor. Rooms are relatively spacious and well designed. Everything is very nice. Decent a la carte buffet breakfast. There is a public bus no. 102 that stops just outside the hotel which is convenient for the West Lake area (but be prepared for a 30 to 40 minute bus ride) and costs only 2 yuan per person per ride. Might be tricky if you don't know chinese though. Quiet area. Some food options within the same complex in which the hotel is located.”
