“Staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are large and has the basic amenities with a great ocean view. The rooftop bar is a hidden gem with a great view of the beachfront.”

“Room is not well-maintained . Flooring shows sign of usage. Toilet is not clean and missing the dental kit and cotton buds - even I requested for it its not there. Breakfast is not good. Will not recommend this t my colleague. The receptionist gave me the change sort of 4ruppee without even telling that it is short of it - i think she don't have change- but concern is the manner of informing - its a very small amount but you should inform the guest if you are short even 1rs. Complimentary Head Massage is really disgusting - I am waiting for the person to come and then when she came from outside - she just immediately tie her hair and then call me without even washing her hands - the massage area is so bad - dirty in a sense.”

“Not up to the mark. The room views were excellent if they have the facilities made better. A spa was shockingly run by untrained staff who does not even get up from their seats nor paid attention to us . Greeted by a man with photocopy of Spa menu was disgusting and there was nothing called facial in their menu. Added to that the Jasmine spray which was nauseating. Hated SPA”
