“After parking with ease at adjoining private car park. Manager/owner most friendly on arrival Insisted on helping us with bags when showing us room. A light airy room on second floor with all usual amenities A lovely large bath with shower overhead, plenty of extra heating is needed and secondary glazing. A most pleasant room. We ate in the bar/Restaurant, which has Sky Sports for all you sporting people, a def plus for us, as we perused the super menu, all cooked to order Well worth the little wait. Even did smaller portions of each dish, which suited us. Breakfast on par with 5* Hotels we have stayed at, choice of cereals/fruit Juices/croissants/preserves/fresh fruit/ Yoghurts that was just your self service Then onto full breakfast menu, so much choice, fresh filtered quality coffee, could not fault it.”
