“Lovely - helpful staff. Our room wasn’t ready - our fault we were really early - but the receptionist rung us to let us know when the rooms were ready - excellent service”

“No heating in room ,we had to get electric heater in room not very safe , hotel was aware of radiater not working. Not great room on seafront as night club across road and music stoped at 5am . Wallpaper coming off walls. On the whole room needs to be refurbished.”
