“Parklane by Pullman Hotel is my go to hotel in HK aside from Marco Polo hotels at TST. Since there was an exhibition going on during my stay, the price for the 5 day stay was around USD 1,800. Considering its proximity to shopping malls as well as food outlets and the outstanding view from the rooftop bar, the price would have been worth it but sad to say, it was not. On the first day, the vault was not functioning and the quick response from the maintenance was laudable but they were not able to repair it. Instead of replacing the vault, they just left it as is without any word from them. I was forced to carry my passport, money and jewelries for 5 days.”
