“The bed was extremely comfy and the quality of the bedding excellent. The room was clean and contemporary with safety deposit box concealed in the bed base. I loved the soap on a rope, the fluffy towels and the samples of REN face cream were a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and modern. There was enough room for 2 people even though the room was smaller than you would normally be used to.”
“The decor is very stylish and it takes a great photo. It is also close to Paddington Station & tube stations so well connected, though the neighbourhood is pretty rubbish. There are USB chargers (hidden under the bedside shelves) and a stylish bluetooth speaker though this is on top of the wardrobe since there is nowhere for it to go. Both at check-in & departure we were greeted by a very amiable and professional employee.”

“The Pilgrm is the perfect place to stay when you’re in London for a weekend-trip. - The hotel is a one minute walk from the underground. It’s very easy to find. - We asked the staff about the public transport. The receptionist was very helpful and told us that the best way to travel was with the Oyster Card. But just in general, the staff is very friendly. - Ask the staff for water, it’s free.”
