“Excellent short stay at the Putnam. Had initially booked a double room, but upon arrival they were kind enough to upgrade me to a suite with a harbour view - many thanks to the staff! Everything was comfortable, it was very conveniently located, and staff were helpful from beginning to end - they didn't bat an eyelid when I asked whether I could keep my luggage there for the majority of the day following my checkout.”
“Excellent greeting at reception while checking in. The lady was extremely helpful. Room was immaculate and the equipment provided was very high quality. Bed was amazingly comfortable and the air conditioning was world class. Much better than renting a standard room at a 5 star. Location is unbeatable and all staff went out of their way to accommodate. I left my bags after checking out and came back in the late afternoon to get them but had to wait 2 hours before moving to next location so they gave me the business centre to relax in. Just made my very short trip worth it. Am definitely staying again! Thanks Putman!”

The smaetphone that was given to take out the room for internet anf directions whilst out was an amazing bonus. We have never experienced a hotel offering this free of charge. Beds were super comfy”
