“The room was clean and tidy and recently painted and had new carpet. The bathroom was partly renovated - tiles repainted, new accessories - but overall was very clean and tidy.”

“Very comfortable beds and we were there for a week and maybe missed any bands playing. Very clean. I need to be close to the railway and shops 15 mins walk and near my sister and mother. It is a place you use as a base. The staff were very friendly and obliging and as it is a pub you expect noise though we faced Epping road and it was relatively quiet. Will use again.”
