“I had booked transportation from the airport through the hotel, the car was clean and had amenities, and the driver Krishnan was more than welcoming (very friendly and open). Because I had a long flight, the staff offered to do my check-in directly from my room; they finished the paperwork at the concierge and handed my documents as soon they were done. The cleaning staff (Shiva) was more than attentive: he made sure that I had everything I need, and made sure to put a prayer rug for my daily meditation, and bookmarks for my books. Breakfast is fantastic, they take into consideration your dietary needs/preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free). Personally, this is the first time I see a hotel offering gluten-free bread on their breakfast menu so that made me very happy. Hotel staff is very friendly, whether on the phone or in person. I highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure.”

The Ritz is an Oasis in the middle of the city!! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family. My 12 yr old loved it here, and made the most of the pool. Staff were amazing!”
