“We had terrible rooms on the lobby floor and had to walk past the kitchen which kept on leaving its door open so everytime we left our room we saw the washing up being done. The other rooms on our floor were also spare rooms for the staff during breaks so we had constant chatter and noise from the hotel staff rooms. The common corridors to our rooms were filthy. They were never hoovered in the three days we were there. I would never stay there again.”
